Naw! I use dawn dish soap/alcohol and water to soak, they peel off quickly. No need to file before either.

Mine doesn’t get all goey and easy to scrape off. Idk what I’m doing wrong but I soak for 20+ mins and it’s still stuck to my natural nail. Maybe I am over curing when I apply the gel x?
